Mr. Chin serves as Vice Chairman of DeShazo Group. He works with clients in both the public and private sectors. He has been involved with the geometric design of numerous transportation facilities ranging from local streets to major freeway interchanges. 

Mr. Chin has had the responsibility for the planning and design of the transportation elements of major retail malls, hospitals, business parks, and educational facilities. He has been responsible for the planning and functional design of more than 250 parking garages over the past 25 years.
