Mr. Jahn is an Associate and Project Manager with over 24 years of traffic engineering experience in both the public and private sectors. As a consultant, Brian has provided professional traffic engineering services to clients in the education, government, commercial and healthcare sectors. 

Brian is the current President of the Texas Section of the Institute of Transportation Engineers.
