Mr. Simerly is President of DeShazo Group, and is responsible for overseeing the traffic engineering studies for many of the firm’s public and private clients.

He supervises the engineering staff and reviews all work relating to transportation – this includes traffic impact analyses, roadway justification studies, parking needs analyses, parking variance requests, site planning, geometric roadway design, and traffic signal system plans and specifications.
