| Traffic and Parking Study for Hillcrest Medical Center Complex

DeShazo, Tang & Associates, Inc. provided a study to assist the Hillcrest Medical Center and its architect with the planning of the traffic access, circulation and parking systems for the Hillcrest Medical Center Complex. The Hillcrest Medical Center Complex is located near the intersection of 11 th Street and Utica Avenue and includes professional office buildings, a hospital complex, a cancer center and a rehabilitation center. Accessibility was analyzed by detailing the general location, transportation facilities, existing and future traffic conditions, site traffic generation and trip orientations. A parking study included analyzing location and supply, demand, patient and employee characteristics and hospital parking standards. The street geometrics, operations, goods and services, parking and future plans were considered in analyzing access and circulation.
