DeShazo, Tang & Associates, Inc. is on retainer with the City of Rockwall to provide long-term professional transportation engineering services and to act as the city's Transportation Engineer. In this capacity, DT&A works with TxDOT, the City Planning Department, and other agencies to address development and highway improvement plans. The firm reviews development proposals submitted to the City for approval and reviews and updates the City's Thoroughfare Plan, and reviews and updates the City's policies, regulations, and design standards for traffic and roadway improvements.
