prepared the functional parking design and layout for this 1,400,000
square foot mixed-use development in uptown Dallas. The underground
garage provides 4,000 off-street parking spaces for employees
and patrons using the hotel, restaurant, art galleries, shops
and offices located in the development. Design considerations
included compartmentalization of parking by use as well as internal
circulation and access. The firm has also monitored The Crescent®
Parking Management Plan.
