DeShazo, Tang & Associates, Inc. provided professional traffic and transportation engineering services for the Mockingbird Station, the first major mixed-use redevelopment project initiated by the DART light rail line.

This development contains over 200 loft-style apartments, a 550,000-square-foot office tower, fine bistros and an arts center. DT&A worked closely with United Commercial Realty and their professional design team to address the transportation issues related to traffic access, circulation, and parking, and developed a traffic management plan to minimize the impact of vehicular traffic movements in the vicinity of the busy North Central Expressway interchange.
